Return & Refund Policy

Shortages, Defective Goods, and Returns

(a) Reporting Missing Products: In the event that any products are missing from your order, please inform us immediately via telephone or email. We are committed to resolving such issues promptly and will deliver the missing items if our investigation confirms their absence.

(b) Inspection of Goods: Products must be thoroughly inspected upon removal from the packaging. Notify us within three working days of delivery if any visible damage or defects are identified. For latent defects not immediately discernible, notification should occur as soon as the issue is detected. Reference Section 3 for information on our warranty policy.

(c) Repackaging: Following inspection, products should be returned to their original packaging to prevent any damage before installation. Retain all packaging materials until installation is complete.

(d) Damaged Goods: If products are received damaged, we will either repair or replace them. The same terms will apply to any products that are repaired or replaced. Damaged or defective products must be returned in their original packaging.

(e) Installation of Damaged Products: The installation of a damaged or defective product constitutes acceptance of the product “as is,” and no refunds or exchanges will be granted under any circumstances. We disclaim any liability for the replacement or consequential loss or costs associated with the installation of damaged products.

(f) Notification Failure: Failure to notify us of defects as per the stipulated procedure will absolve us of any liability for the defect or failure, and payment for the products will be due as if they had been delivered in perfect condition.

Leaking Radiators

(a) Notification of Faulty Products: If a product, such as a radiator, leaks or is found to be faulty within the warranty period, notify us within 5 days of discovering the fault. We will either repair or replace the faulty product at our discretion.

(b) Product Replacement: Replacement products will be delivered and/or the damaged products collected within 60 days from the delivery of the replacement. The same terms and conditions will apply to any replaced or repaired products.

(c) Return of Faulty Products: If the faulty product is not returned within 60 days following the delivery of the replacement, you will be charged for the replacement product. All returned items must be packaged appropriately to avoid further damage.

Guarantees/Warranty Period

(a) Product Guarantees: We provide a one-year guarantee on most of our products and a two-year guarantee on select models, effective from the invoice date.

(b) Third-party Products: For products not manufactured by us but listed in our catalog, we will endeavor to transfer to you the benefit of any warranty or guarantee provided by the original manufacturer.

General Terms

(a) Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

(b) Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products as stipulated herein. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use our products.

(c) Governing Law: This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is established, and any disputes relating to this policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that area.
